Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team.
As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our products and services to potential customers.

Duties:
- Identify and target new customers through various sales strategies and techniques - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure profitable deals - Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage accounts and build long-term relationships with clients - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Demonstrated ability to thrive in an outside sales role, meeting or exceeding targets - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
