The Compliance team supports compliance operations for Torrance Memorial IPA's HMO and ACO operations.
The Compliance Analyst works collaboratively with the Compliance Department and other department team members to process and complete various Compliance initiatives which include assisting in the monitoring of projects and meeting deadlines.
Job Description:
Performs health plan and regulatory required reporting Interprets required compliance reporting standards, specifications Assists in the preparation for health plan and regulatory audits, including document collection and organization Leads projects to achieve compliance objectives Supports day to day management of Compliance Dept.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 2
years experience in managed care compliance strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project Management skills Strong analytic skills and attention to detail Expertise in in Microsoft Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) Work hours:
normal business hours- 8:
30AM-5:
00PM.
