Patient Diagnosis: Skilled Nursing facility covers all system diagnosis and follows certain admit criteria. No custodial / long term care.
TCU is a SNF and therefore the average nurse to patient ratio is 8:1.
Special Procedures: TCC/TCU is a distinct part of LCM - sub acute care and has an 87 bed capacity and are focused on rehabilitation of patient.

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by. Though not always necessary, Travelers must agree to float between and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro.

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission : Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission. No open license hits will be approved.
Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months
ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency.
