1 Quick Apply Part-time 3 days ago Full Job Description Community Inclusion Facilitator - IC SVS, an innovative day program that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities wishes to hire high energy individuals with an interest in assisting individuals successfully access their local community.

The CIF provides vocational and/or skills training to persons with developmental disabilities.
Experience with people with disabilities is a plus.
Duties include:
Serve on Clients' Person-Centered Planning Committee Assist client in selecting realistic goals and objectives Assess, evaluate, implement and chart client's progress on goals and objectives Pick-up and drop off clients according to written schedules Adhere to external employment site-rules, regulations and scheduled work hours Record data and maintain field books Assist in maintaining SVS vehicles by regular inspections and identifying problems Follow SVS vehicle rules when driving SVS vehicles Assist clients with personal and hygiene issues when needed Provide constant supervision to clients Train and monitor clients in site specific safety procedures including infection control Salary- $19.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
