Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for various warehouse operations at the Los Angeles location, including shipping, receiving, quality control, inventory, pick/pack, and general warehouse functions.
Primary Job Duties:
Review and prioritize orders and operational needs in order to achieve business goals Pick, pack and ship outgoing orders Unpack, inspect and receive incoming items Maintain and update inventory records and reconcile discrepancies Report any issues or suggestions Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and adhering to legal regulations Ensure a supportive work environment using a positive communication style and teamwork attitude Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Primary Competencies:
Time management skills Problem solver Ability to accurately enter data such as for shipping, receiving and inventory Ability to work independently with little oversight
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Three years' experience in warehouse, preferably in a manufacturing environment Prior experience in shipping and receiving Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job such as:
Safely navigating a warehouse environment Extended periods of standing, walking, and some bending and stooping Using computers, tools and equipment Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to become forklift certified Job Type:
