Job
Summary:
Create Great Guest Memories for carry-out experience.
This includes taking orders by phone, tablet, e-mail, rails, walk-in, and has the ability to answer questions and suggest.
Process transactions via POS accurately and timely.
Assemble and pack orders as per Benihana Packaging Guidelines.
Organize and maintain a spotless area for Takeout/Delivery staging areas.
Reconcile all orders at the end of each shift.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar and tablet is a plus.
Must have a High School diploma or GED.
Previous host/cashier experience in restaurant or hospitality is a plus.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
