We strive to have a friendly, dependable, and responsive customer service team.
Our warehouse located in Torrance, California is our central storage and shipping hub.
Responsibilities:
The vast majority of the time will be spent picking, packing, shipping, and stocking.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Accept purchase orders and unload and stock inventory Receive and send out packages with various delivery personnel (USPS, UPS, etc.
) Possible other
Responsibilities:
Update pricing and manage inventory Respond to customer requests & questions via email E-commerce website maintenance Database entry and manipulation Requirements:
Attention to detail skills (enough to pick out the right product and ship to the right customer with high accuracy and consistency) Computer Skills - Able to type at least 30 WPM, navigate Windows, Gmail, Google Chat, and Google spreadsheets Willing to learn to do basic navigation for other websites and programs as needed Willing to learn, work, and communicate with a team in a reliable manner Scheduling:
Training:
Training for the first few weeks will be in the morning/afternoon (flexible) Monday through Friday.
Day Shift:
After training, the schedule will start in the morning around 7-9 am.
Part-Time ( 20 Hours).
These hours are flexible per week and may be adjusted to your needs and can be increased to fulltime possibly.
