Responsibilities:
Coordinating freight movement Excel at Customer Service Offer a variety of logistic services over the phone and email.
Promote Diversified Transportation Services to potential clients Effective marketing and promotion of Diversified Transportation Services to potential clients Negotiate Rates Follow up with customers and providers to sell, answer questions, and offer solutions Act as a consultant to DTS clients Provide assistance to management, clients and the sales team What we are looking for A team player, helpful and cooperative Excellent and verbal communication skills Solid PC/Workstation skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong Problem-Solving Skills Sales and customer service experience is/are a plus Ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone Ability to handle objections Education/Experience Bachelor's (Preferred, but not required) Why Join Our Team?
