Responsibilities:
Customer service is a top priority 100% interface with customers Field incoming phone calls from customers Helping with the repair order paperwork flow from beginning to end Must be a quick learner Ability to problem solve and work on your own and in a team environment Quality minded individual Ability to work well with others Required Experience and Knowledge:
1-2 years minimum of automotive service writing experience (Honda experience a plus) Great communication skills Ability to effectively and easily build rapport with others Outstanding customer service skills Valid in-state driver's license Clean motor vehicle record Organizational and time management skills Dealer Built (DMS) experience a plus
