The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, with a professional and respectful attitude, efficient and able to prioritize tasks.
Pay Rate:
$18/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities Heavy customer interface by telephone, electronically or face to face Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers Assist with special projects as assigned Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource Manage customers' accounts Keep records of customer inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Follow up on customer interactions The Client Service Associate will also possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills, technical knowledge or technical aptitude, strong listening and oral communication skills as well as team orientation organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
