Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will have to be a critical thinker with the ability to multi task and prioritize.
This is a Full-Time position Monday-Friday 9:
00-5:
00 paying $16-18/hr.
Candidates responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
Self Starter is a plus! - Data entry:
type invoices, sales orders, emails, etc.
- Correspondence with customers via phone and email - Obtain freight quotes; prepare shipping documents (UPS, FedEx, LTL services) - Create shipping and receiving labels, check shipping rate.
- Checking orders in the warehouse.
- Daily tracking on all ongoing order.
- Allocate and process RMA (Return Goods) - Answer all incoming calls, customer service - Follow up with customers & reps.
- Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by Office Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma - Must be fluent in English & Spanish(conversational & written) - Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and Quick Book - Must have good typing/keyboard skills - Great customer service skills is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette with great communication skills.
- Must be efficient, self-motivated, fast learner with positive attitude and good work ethics - Able to multitask and prioritize.
- Punctual (absence or tardiness will NOT be accepted) - Positive attitude, honest, reliable, and committed to get things done - Must have a clean criminal record, and clean driving record.
