The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year's experience in a warehouse capacity, experience using warehouse technology and excellent organizational skills.
Job Duties:
Pick orders ranging from small boxes to multiple pallets.
Pack orders in order to minimize damage during shipping.
Receive, verify, and re-stock shipments from suppliers via NetSuite.
Report low stock, expired, and defective products to the supervisor.
Process and report returned orders.
Follow-ups with the sales department for ongoing order adjustments and issues via Teamwork, and inform the warehouse to proceed with orders.
Participate in monthly inventory counts using NetSuite.
Report and process non-inventory count-related adjustments via NetSuite.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure SOPs are followed for shipments.
Quality Control and verify shipping amounts for customers/vendors.
Keep the warehouse and workstation clean and tidy.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience 2
year experience in picking, packing, and shipping (Required) Ability to lift up to 50lbs manually Ability to stand, bend, push, kneel, reach, and move around for long periods of time Adhere to the highest levels of customer service Self-motivated individual capable of working individually and as a team NetSuite:
1 year (Preferred) Forklift Certification is a plus Job Type:
