Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Operation Director, the Operations & Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of operations.
The Operations & Human Resource Manager is responsible for the leadership of the HR, accounting & administrative staff.

Characteristic Duties and
Responsibilities:
Supervises, mentors, trains, and coaches our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Oversees administrative staff and daily office operations Manages scheduling policies and procedures for 100% contract fulfillment.
Oversees client and insurance billing Process semi-monthly payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees Performs annual reviews Maintains client and employee privacy in accordance with HIPAA policy.
Leads Administrative monthly meetings Serves as the process improvement champion Collaborates with the Executive Clinical Director and Clinical Regional Director in respect to administrative operations Partners with the human resources department regarding policies and procedures Manages office supplies budget and purchase orders Serves as the liaison to administrative team High volume of hiring and recruiting.
Coordinate attendance with Clinical staff; attend hiring fairs; establish relationships with colleges; participate in active recruiting programs Implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conduct investigations; maintain records.
Review compliance.
Manages the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process; Maintain employee benefits program such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Workers Compensation, live scans and 401K plans.
Maintain and update all Policies & Procedures.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Manages all aspects of the employee files.
Including unemployment claims, workers compensation claims, reference checks, wage attachments, exit interviews Attend HR workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional HR programs.
Filing of confidential personnel information Maintain tracking logs, certifications Continuous process improvements Coordinate employee rewards Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelors or higher in Business and/or Human Resources Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience as an Operations & Human Resources Manager Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role Knowledge, Skills and Other Characteristics:
Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Detail oriented and ability to produce quality work Ability to maintain a positive attitude and proactive approach to responsibilities Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions Possesses strong time management skills Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels; able to work in a collaborative environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette Professional demeanor Demonstrated high performance and agility during rapidly changing business priorities Demonstrated capability regarding data analysis and metrics Knowledge of employment law, HR policies and best practices Strong enthusiasm for profession and ability to act as a champion and ambassador for HR & Accounting departments Master's degree in Business or related field - preferred Supervisory Responsibility:

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or stooping as necessary.
