Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to deliver service updates and gather feedback - Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services Deliveries Schedule deliveries with contractors and/or installers Communicate unloading labor needs, possible unloading equipment needs, and final payment requirements Attend deliveries Check all product during off-load Photograph all product, including hardware and screens Document any damage on shipping paperwork Notify Team and vendors of any missing or damaged product during delivery May also do the above for other Outside Sales Consultants Service Be proactive.
Find and create a solution to a problem before our customers do Document all service items found during deliveries Notify Vendor of service requests Enter service requests for all after-install service needs Conduct service inspections and minor repairs Walk each project after installation, operate and inspect each opening Notify contactor or installer if there is an installation or framed opening issue Walk each project prior to final completion May also do the above for other Outside Sales Consultants Communication Track service via Vendor Portals Use NetSuite to attach Proof of Delivery (POD) copies after delivery Use CRM to access, review, and update project information to be shared with the team Job Type:
