As an Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience for our clients.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with the enrollment process, resolving issues, and providing information about our clients' products or services.

Responsibilities of a Sales & Customer Service Associate:

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting team members and contributing to a culture of success.
Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics, sales targets, and customer service standards set by the company.
Sales & Customer Service Associate
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
At least some experience in a customer service based role A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
