Responsibilities:
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data Preparing bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits Answer and direct incoming calls Ability to greet clients and customers in a professional manner Provide initial information regarding the company's services Requirements and Skills:
Ability to work under little supervision, takes initiative, and follows through Ability to multitask and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred) Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
