SALARY $100,000 to 120,000 annually (DOE) SUMMARY HUSTLER Hollywood is seeking a Head of Warehouse to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Retail Warehouse.

WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization including setting up automations of the warehouse.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Improve systems and processes that enable the corporate and store teams to efficiently manage and monitor the operational and financial performance of the stores.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity and quality.
Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and shipping.
Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
Oversees safety training and execution.
Managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision Responsible to roll out automation system.

The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce fulfillment, thrive under pressure, and have the ability to hit deadlines in order to exceed customer expectations.
Must have Retail Management and Racking experience Must have a solid understanding of warehouse operations including logistics, shipping and receiving procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and work constructively under pressure Ability to manage multiple projects, delegate to appropriate staff and meet specific goals and deadlines Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form Competent knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office Must be organized and detail oriented Ability to solve practical problems and difficult situations Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Must be available to sometimes work overtime and weekends depending on seasonal projects and volume of orders requiring fulfillment (Ability to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons) Must have valid driver license and clean driving record Must have ability to read, write and speak English (and Spanish fluently, however, bilingual is not a must).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
