Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, working well with others and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.
The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Job duties required but not limited to:
Accounts Payable Enter Bills once bills are approved by CEO.
Run A/P Aging report to track bills do on a weekly basis.
Discuss results with CEO.
Manage rolling cash forecast Accounts Receivable Run A/R Aging reports and keep track of past due accounts.
Discuss accounts with sales team when certain accounts are not responding.
Apply payments and approved credits to customer account balances Make bank deposits for physical checks using bank check system Financial Management Monthly bank reconciliation Petty cash management and monthly reconciliation Integration of ERP system and Quickbooks for sales and inventory data to flow over weekly Run month end inventory report for monthly close Calculate and book month end fixed asset depreciation and book entry using company fixed asset software Quarterly Sales Tax filing for E-Commerce sales channel Monthly and Quarterly VAT tax filing with International tax services Monthly close such as adjusting prepaid expense, monthly accruals, and other adjustments Job Type:
