Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Department through administrative and project support including graphic design and events.
Assist Operations Manager with special projects, maintaining spreadsheets including data collection, and everyday office work.
Create, review, and track contracts, letters of agreement and purchase agreements.
Prepare advertising and event flyers.
Maintain mailing lists, adding or deleting names and contact information.
Maintains all marketing material inventory and reorder as necessary.
Maintains office and vendor files.
Handle printing orders of business cards, forms, stationary, handbooks, etc.
Ship promotional items and printed material - Organizes monthly mailings.
Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company.
Weekly review of office & breakroom supplies and prepare purchase requests.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Office environment experience 2
years.
Must be detail-orientated and able to multi-task and prioritize projects.
Ability to stay on task, and be efficient.
Organize, arrange and coordinate meetings and travel.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop a plus.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Familiar with shipping programs (FedEx, UPS, USPS) Must have valid California Driver's License Education and
Experience:
Vendor Relations - research competitive pricing Event planning experience a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Work Environment / Physical Demands:
This job operates in a clerical office setting.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This requires sitting, walking, stooping, kneeling, standing, must be able to lift 50 lbs.
