SUMMARY This is a highly collaborative role that helps guide and develop all Retail messaging for customer acquisition and current customer marketing for mass media, digital, retail, paid search, and affiliates.
The position demands a unique intersection of incredible creativity with the capacity to evaluate and act on performance analysis.
This position provides strategic oversight and connectivity across marketing channels, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to the target audience.
These marketing programs must inspire customers, amplify brand relevance, and drive revenue.
The Director will continuously monitor trends and keep a close eye on competitive retailers' efforts in the marketplace.
They are customer-centric in their approach and have a deep knowledge and appreciation for marketing mix and data.
Marketing strategies and programs should strategically balance brand building and brand sales activation, incorporating KPI measurement and optimization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Guide and supervise the day-to-day activities of the marketing team including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines Partner to develop highly impactful, consumer-centric messaging that builds an engaged audience for the HUSTLER Hollywood brand and drives new customer acquisition and promotes customer retention.
Manage (and create where necessary) all marketing calendars including promotional, departmental, philanthropic, email, new store opening and social media calendars Develop, implement, drive and oversee all brand and seasonal strategies & initiatives across ecommerce and retail Work with Ecommerce Director to coordinate assets needed for digital marketing initiatives and the HUSTLER Hollywood website.
Execute and create weekly, monthly, seasonal digital campaigns that tie with our overall marketing campaign.
Oversee the execution of marketing plan, photoshoots, content development, and social and influencer strategies Accelerate brand growth:
develop and execute plans that amplify the HUSTLER Hollywood brand and brand messages across all consumer/ shopper journey touchpoints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors, and manage day-to-day communication to ensure delivery to goals.
Manage an annual marketing budget and measure marketing campaign costs Responsible for executing overall content strategy and copy writing to drive a clear and consistent brand message through web content, email blasts, marketing collateral and social media platforms Create innovative promotions to drive traffic to our stores which, in turn, drives increased sales Propose partnership opportunities and serve as key liaison for all brand collaborations Initiate and maintain all promotional/vendor relationships and contracts Direct artwork for all promotions Guide Visual Manager to execute seasonal/monthly window directives that tie with our overall marketing campaign Present all creative strategy and collateral to VP Retail and GM Retail Propose partnership opportunities and serve as key liaison for all brand collaborations Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
Manage marketing-related agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
Develop consumer facing marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive consumer loyalty.
Lead consumer and brand learning, including consumer research; this includes periodic analysis of the brand, category, and customer / consumer trend Other duties as assigned Qualifications 5
years of marketing experience with at least 2 of those years focused on retail (brick and mortar) businesses (i.
e.
crafting marketing messages, creating quality marketing collateral, and social media marketing) At least 2 years managing other employees at the coordinator or above level Event planning experience required Must be ambitious, driven to succeed and possess a passion for the business Excellent communication skills in English, able to conduct business negotiations skillfully.
Must have experience in retail, preferably brick and mortar and ecommerce Must have a great eye for design and the ability to research and track the latest trends Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have strong problem-solving skills that allow for a proactive approach to the business and organizational skills necessary to complete multiple tasks within deadlines Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and outstanding organization skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and take direction well Ability to work well both independently as well as an integral member of a tight-knit team EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING 4-year degree required (marketing degree highly desired) equivalent experience PREFERRED

Experience in adult or lingerie industry.
