Has transaction override authority and limited check signing authority.
Required to provide coaching to less experienced branch staff on recognizing opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
- The position of Personal Banker III at Large also is fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of Business/Consumer Loan Products, teller, vault, safe deposit, processing and discussing and accepting credit applications.
- The position is required to be fully knowledgeable in processing all branch transactions and opening new consumer and complex business accounts; expert with cross- selling techniques and recognizing opportunities for expanding existing customer relationship.
- Maintains excellent customer service and has the ability to problem solve customer requests.
