SBHHC maintains two facilities - a 12,000 sq.
ft.
retail showroom and office space and an 8,000 sq.
ft.
CRT facility and office space for the design and repair of manual and power wheelchairs and scooters.

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is a key position and integral to the day-to-day management of the Company.
The Supervisor has primary responsibility for purchasing, warehouse, fleet of vehicles, and inventory control systems.
This role ensures compliance with all of the regulatory stakeholders in the DME industry.
The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manages all aspects of inventory control system including ordering, receiving, cycle counting, physical inventory, and inventory reconciliation Oversees both of the organization's warehouses Manages the organization's vehicle fleet to ensure proper repair and maintenance Manages delivery route optimization and oversees product delivery to manage costs Oversees repair and maintenance for Company's real estate Schedules and conducts training and in-services for department employees Creates, updates, and analyzes key performance indicators for the department Approves employee hours and payroll Offer best-in-class customer experience to both retain and build upon our existing customer base Interviews, hires, trains, and retains department team members Conducts 1-on-1 employee meetings to coach and mentor department team members Conducts annual employee performance evaluations Leads department meetings to communicate changes, share direction, results, and identify roadblocks and/or barriers Ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies in DME industry including payors, The Joint Commission, OSHA, DOT, FDA, and state and federal agencies Ensure high quality customer service and response time to customer issues or problems Qualifications The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor must have four (4) or more years of experience in warehousing and logistics.
GED or completion of at least two (2) years of college studies.
Studies in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
Experience with durable medical equipment/healthcare is a plus 2-4 years' experience leading a team Proficiency in MS Office including Excel knowledge Player / Coach Demonstrated ability to solve problems Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while achieving objectives and goals in a timely manner Knowledge of product purchasing, shipping, receiving, and distribution Excellent communication and people skills Job Type:
