Role Description This is a contract on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Torrance, CA.
The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, personal care, communication, and patient care as directed by a nurse or physician.
Qualifications Experience in providing home care assistance to patients with varying needs Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals Proficient in assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Demonstrated ability to provide personal care such as help with toileting needs or assistance with mobility Knowledge of patient care such as monitoring vital signs and administering medications Certification from an accredited Home Health Aide training program Experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or home health agency is desirable Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided to patients Recommended Skills Activities Of Daily Living (Ad Ls) Communication Health Care Home Care Long Term Care Well Being And Personal Care Apply to this job.
