This position is within the Parts, Service, and Technical division's National Field Recall department.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring dealership websites to ensure websites have functioning recall links Administration of Campaign Status Change forms Coordinating pre-notification mailing files Supporting other special projects related to Field Recall activities Track the receipt and processing of Campaign Status Change forms on an Excel spreadsheet for purposes of maintaining an accounting record of each form that is submitted to the National office.
Conduct periodic (quarterly) reviews of all Honda and Acura Dealer websites to ensure they have a functioning VIN lookup tool.
