- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients in a medical office setting - Utilize scheduling systems to manage and maintain appointment calendar - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient information - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines - Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with medical staff to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow Skills:
