How You Can Help We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work with the residents of a senior living community that offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care settingsTherapy services for these residents are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.
The Impact You Can Make As a PTA, you will be responsible for providing, under the direction of a physical therapist, therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standardsYou will also contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives, to optimize each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction.
