milani family dental milani family dental Torrance, CA Torrance, CA Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $25 - $30 an hour $25 - $30 an hour 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office - Supervise and provide guidance to office staff - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Maintain and update patient records using Dentrix software - Provide medical administrative support to healthcare professionals - Manage budgets and financial records for the office - Ensure compliance with managed care and critical care guidelines - Implement and enforce office policies and procedures - Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care Qualifications - Proven experience in office management or healthcare management - Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and protocols - Proficiency in using Dentrix software or similar dental practice management software - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals - Experience in budgeting and financial management - Ability to supervise and motivate a team of office staff members - Knowledge of managed care guidelines and regulations Note:
Acute care experience is a plus but not required.
