Emphasize the features of our client's products and services through impactful and interactive presentations to establish new customers or upgrade current ones Recommend service and product upgrades to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on all products and available promotions Assist the management team members and executives as needed Collaborate with colleagues from various departments as needed Sales Trainee Preferred Experience & Skills:
Able to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times Experience working in a customer service-based position preferred Highly adaptable and able to think on your feet Able to perform well under pressure and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Able to travel locally Able to work full-time, 40 hours a week Able to stay positive and focused on the task at hand Able to work independently and as part of a team As a Sales Trainee on our team, you will be responsible for executing outreach and sales strategies within a predetermined territory.
The core focus for this role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers and execute sales presentations.

The Sales Trainee will report directly to the senior team lead and executive sales manager.
