Provide clerical and administrative support for PRIME Medical Bill Review Department and external clients.

Keenan specializes in providing consulting services in the areas of:
employee benefits, workers' compensation, loss control, financial, and property & liability.
What You'll Do:
Contact providers for current W-9 and corrected bills.
Submit vendor request to the IT Department, work provider tab on the daily inventory report, submit Capstone rules and release bills from provider pend in bill review system.
Fax/mail Explanation of Reviews (EOR'S) to providers.
Receive and distribute all bill review incoming mail (internal and external mail, incoming faxes).
Log Independent Bill Review requests in iVOS.
Log Independent Medical Review requests in iVOS.
Update and Manage Bill Review spreadsheets/reports.
Manage bill review printers and supplies.
Log Lien Referrals and update Lien Intake Folder Log and mail Overpayments letters Assist Claims Examiners with contacting Providers to request missing bills.
Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Minimum of two (2) years of Administrative Assistant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure of deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in Workers' compensation and Medical Terminology preferred.

The target salary range for this position is $40,000.
