Intake Department Manage incoming leads and assess their potential for converting into cases.
Play a pivotal role in deciding the viability of new leads.
Attorney Support Assist 1-3 attorneys with diverse tasks related to ongoing cases.
Responsibilities include client communication, document filing, translation, and various other tasks.
Calendaring Coordinator Take charge of filing and calendaring court appearances and critical events.
Ensure attorneys meet crucial deadlines by maintaining an organized schedule.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills.
Professional communication abilities (phone, email, and text).
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
