As a Office Property Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the property management team in various administrative and operational tasks.

Pay Rate 18.
00 to 20.
00 depending on experience Position Part Time Hours - Monday-Friday 1 pm to 5 pm Job Duties o Answers phones and takes appropriate messages o Process new and revised rental agreements o Process credit checks on potential applicants o Scan and upload new rental agreements o Prepare 3-day notices o Enters and maintains maintenance work orders o Follow ups with the tenants and vendors assuring all work orders have been completed o Resolve tenants' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner o Answer all guest cards on a daily basis o Compile legal documents for preparation of eviction proceedings o Enters new property and uploads pictures o Post new property to websites o Reviews and makes changes to vacancies such as description and rent amounts.
o Inform owners of vacancies o Maintain vacant keys o Process security move out charges o Turn on utilities for vacant units o Get vacant units ready to rent by two weeks o Assort and distribute mail o Weekly filing o Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications o Property Management- (Preferred) o Familiar with Appfolio or similar property management software o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
