Our Electronic Components Division manufactures and sells a portfolio consisting of Micro Batteries and Quartz Crystals.
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic and high energy customer service team in providing assistance to both field sales and customers.
This position will work from home with occasional meetings at our U.
S.
headquarters, located in Torrance, California.
As the team's Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing sales support functions to the division's internal and external customer base, including direct customer accounts, sales representatives and distributors.
Your daily activities will include order processing, problem resolution, inventory management and processing of RMA's, chargeback's and sales returns.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage customer EDI and VCI inventory levels, deliveries, releases and invoicing Manage customer order processing, billing and history reporting Answer customer inquires, provide quotations and provide problem resolution Support sales rep & distribution inquires and routine reporting Process POS and sales rep commissions Inventory Management including planning, purchasing, reconciling and reporting Process and manage RMAs, chargebacks and sales returns Submit activity reports for sales, backlogs and inventory Desired Experience and Skills:
3 - 5 years previous Inside Sales Support / Sales Administration / Customer Service experience.
Proficient in SAP enterprise software.
Experience in Electronic Component industry.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bilingual in Japanese / English a plus.
