PROJECT ADMINISTRATION - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Great opportunity to grow as a Project Administrator for a well known and established South Bay commercial drywall subcontractor. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in construction administration and accounting.
Job Description:
Contract Billing
Change Orders submission, tracking and collection
COI Orders, submissions and tracking
A/R Collections through phone calls and emails.
Subcontract Billing and Joint Check payment reconciliation
Material Supplier Statement reconciliations
Familiarity with Textura
SOV creations and revisions
Lien Release creation, submissions, acquisition from sub tiers and suppliers
Safety/IIPP's preparation and submission
Secure job site badging, drug testing and tracking
Experience with QuickBooks, Foundation Software, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
Preparing correspondence, insurance documents and mechanic lien releases
City Licenses

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
