This is a family-owned business, with a rich 80-year history that offers a fast, fun and friendly work environment. Presently they are seeking CDL-A Company Drivers out of Torrance, CA. Overview
Drivers transport bulk liquid hazardous chemicals or containers mainly of chlorine to refineries, municipalities, food processing centers and general industrial facilities via tanker or flatbed. No Mexico. Dedicated customer base. Load/unload tankers via hose and pump. Secure flatbeds using binders and chains. Drivers average 1-5 stops per load, 1-3 loads per shift. Must be able to work any day of the week. Day shift, early morning start. Drivers average 9-10 hours per shift. OT paid after 8-hours. Paid training.
Compensation
$19.00 per hour to start
$21.00 per hour after 60-day probationary period
