We are looking for a Sr Salesforce BSA with recent implementation experience. Individual should have experience with Enterprise implementations.

Brief Description

The Salesforce.com Business Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with IT and business resources to support, evolve, and enhance our Salesforce.com environment.


Job Responsibilities
Work with IT and business resources to identify detailed business requirements to support Salesforce.com implementation within the scope of prioritized initiatives
Develop comprehensive functional requirements documents, use cases, test conditions, test scripts, and training documentation to support the successful implementation of initiatives and processes
Partner with business teams and/or IT Applications staff to design and deploy solution design changes to applications functionality and processes to meet changing strategic/operational needs
Configure Salesforce.com to meet approved solution designs
Document and gather IT and business approvals for detailed requirements and designs
Manage all application test cycles from end to end with relevant IT and Business participants
Develop comprehensive training materials and other change management collateral as appropriate for each initiative, delivery training to super users and end users as appropriate
Qualifications Requirements
3+ years' experience with large scale Salesforce.com CRM implementation and interfacing/integrating SFDC application with legacy/external applications
5+ years' experience of increasing responsibility in delivery of business systems
Highly preferred individual characteristics include:
Strong business acumen and software/high-tech industry experience
Ability to use past experience and assist in business process / solutions design
Ability to act as an Internal Consultant to the business units supported
Strong project management skills
Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills, ability to interface with all levels and business units
Must work independently in complex fast paced environment to ensure quality and timeliness of system information
Adept at conflict resolution and problem solving. Ability to evaluate business needs, balance with legacy architecture and data sources, and develop end state process to achieve desired results
Required technical skills / experience include:
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with solid understanding of the related business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services...etc.)
Strong business analysis experience in a highly integrated, SDLC managed global systems environment
Experience with acquisition integration projects a plus
Familiarity with technical capabilities of Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and APEX Web services
Experience with Chatter, Content a plus
BS/BA preferred, in Business Administration or Finance or Computer Sciences

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
