Child Care Site Director needed for the Torrance-South Bay YMCA child care sites. Responsible for overall management and service delivery of the preschool or school age child care site, providing direct supervision of all staff. Staff recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, program implementation, budget, safety & risk management, parent & community involvement.
Min. 3 semester units in ECE, 9 semester units in related categories, 3 units of Admin. of Child Care Programs.
Current First Aid, CPR, AED, PHP cert.
Min. 4 yrs supervisory experience in child care prog.
Microsoft Office knowledge.
Willling to become a certified YMCA van driver.
