Accounting Manager is an advanced accounting position requiring minimum 5 years of progressive experience in general financial accounting. 40% of Accounting Managers duties will involve general financial accounting duties such as preparing financial statements, tracking, reporting and updating budgetary changes throughout the fiscal year based on financial information provided; collecting information and conducting financial analysis for various company projects, providing operational support to facilitate the timely and accurate accomplishment of accounting work, performing on-going analysis of salary accounts; maintaining current knowledge of accounting systems, operations, regulations and requirements. 60% of Accounting Managers duties will involve managerial accounting which involve forward-looking, performance management, strategic management and risk management responsibilities. The position will develop the practice of business decision-making and managing the performance of the company as well as contributing to frameworks and practices for identifying, measuring, managing and reporting risks to the achievement of the objective of the management. The position will be responsible for fiscal administration of operating budgets and analyzing industry, regulatory, and economic information. Control budgetary appropriations, review revenue projections from appropriations, fees, taxes, and other sources; match projected revenue to projected expenditures; make recommendation concerning changes in program goals, workloads, staffing patterns, funds distribution, and other areas; identify needs for changes in various sources of revenue.
Job requirement is Bachelor's in Accounting, business, or related, plus 5 years experience in corporate accounting.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
