Excellent opportunity for a Senior Director for an established executive search firm with global reach!
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading an existing team of 6 recruiters and account managers.
Define the team's niche and develop strategic business plans. Identify and analyze where the business is and will be. Set the vision, strategy and plans for the Team: Short-Term and Mid (3 year)-Term. The Plans include revenue projections backed by analysis. Set milestone. Monitor department progress and adjust plans accordingly.
Set goals and KPIs for department, monitor staff performance, help staff develop skills, manage department performance and projects.
Review the team's business development activities, recruiting strategies and account management status on daily, weekly, monthly and annually basis. Develop strategies and plans for the team.
Execute and lead the Business Development activities.
Analyze the team's strengths and weaknesses, come up with creative strategies and development plans.
Marketing, PR and overall company branding strategy
Direct Hire placement experience with minimum annual billing at $300K the last 2 consecutive years
Minimum 5 yrs new business development / sales experience
At least 5 yrs recruitment leadership experience with an emphasis on recruiter development.
Established client relationships in Los Angeles & Orange County area. Specific niche experience in IT or Digital Marketing strongly preferred.

Analytical and being able to communicate your plans and strategies backed by data and logical analysis

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
