RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN COORDINATOR
PrecisionTemps specializes in staffing for manufacturing and warehousing positions. We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Admin Coordinator in a Production Environment.
General
Summary: Primary responsibilities will be to set up meeting rooms, coordinate catering and clean up, maintain employment training panel database and provide administrative support to reception.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Reception & Mailroom
Answer incoming calls on multi-line (7) line system, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or screen calls as necessary
Greet and assist visitors and employees
Work independently or with others on Admin Work Orders /projects
Support Mail Room duties as needed
Maintain utmost confidentiality in HR related correspondence received via email, mail, phone, etc.
Perform other job duties as assigned
Meetings
Set up conference rooms for visitors
Coordinate catering and clean up
Employment training panel Rosters
Lead person entering rosters into system, support from Admin Lead
Requirements:
Knowledge of administrative, clerical procedures and systems
At least 2 years of experience.
High School degree
Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing
Methodical and thorough approach to work
Active Listening - attention to the details.
Handle high volume incoming calls
Strong English verbal & written skills; ability to convey information effectively with colleagues and visitors
Interacting with others in a professional & polite manner
Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning
Customer service oriented
Ability to cover duties of any member of Admin team when out of the office
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
