EXPORT LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
PrecisionTemps specializes in staffing for manufacturing and warehousing positions. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Export Logistics Coordinator in a Warehouse Environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for scheduling-coordinating Export shipments, compile documents related to shipments, make bookings with carriers and Trucking companies. This is a hands on position in which you would be the liason between the Customers, In House Customer Service and the Carriers in both the USA and South America and Mexico.

Must Haves:
o Prepare related documentation; HTS or Harmonized Tariff Schedules,(HAWB's, MAWB's, Manifest, Shipping Instruction, Haz Cargo Decl., Cert. of Origin, etc.), and be familiar with Incoterms and Schedule B for Commercial Invoices.
o Handle air and ocean shipments, exports with through knowledge of all related procedures and documentation, must be able to generate, create and understand all export documentation.
o Awareness of import & export regulations for major countries & documentation requirements
o Daily tracking & follow up on all shipments/modes. Responsible for tracking and tracing loads enroute, scheduled for pick-up, and those with delivery status
o Liaise with Custom brokers, marine & air terminal operations in United States

Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare related documentation; (HAWB's, MAWB's, Manifest, Shipping Instruction, Haz Cargo Decl., Cert. of Origin, etc.)
Route and arrange export bookings with airlines & ocean carriers
Handle air and ocean shipments, exports with through knowledge of all related procedures and documentation
Dispatch pick-ups to authorized agents, drayage companies, etc.
Awareness of import & export regulations for major countries & documentation requirements
Daily tracking & follow up on all shipments/modes. Responsible for tracking and tracing loads enroute, scheduled for pick-up, and those with delivery status
Communicate with trucking companies, shipping lines, and Customers to expedite shipments as requested
Able to answer general inquiries from customers and overseas agents independently, must be Bilingual Spanish or be able to converse in Spanish with Outside Transportation Companies.
Liaise with Custom brokers, marine & air terminal operations in United States
Establish good relationship with our customers and vendor
Coordination of designated carrier-to-customer pick-up with time of pick-up, delivery, and special instructions as directed by the customer
Monitor customer activity on a daily, weekly, and annual basis to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, lane analysis, on-time performance, and new activity trends
Monitor performance of preferred carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
Maintain understanding of current freight movements to quickly identify opportunities that may complement our existing traffic
Answer telephone and e-mail inquires, must have strong attention to detail, Auditing Documents and managing the relationships with outside carriers.

Skills
Associates Degree or Other Certification preferred
Ensure all work is accurate and free of errors
Attention to Detail
Minimum 5 years in Export Logistics
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
