Call Center Representative (Outbound) at Compex Legal Services Torrance, CA 90503

The Field Expeditor is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of client orders by setting appointments and sharing administrative duties with the rest of the team.
This position provides administrative support for all field employees.
Additionally this position requires overtime based on business needs.
ACTIVELY HIRING DURING COVID-!9Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPlace outbound phone calls to locations to obtain recordsReceive inbound calls from record locations and clientsDaily processing of correspondenceEnter all information accurately into Compex's computer systemOther duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferredType 30 words per minute minimumStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform while on the phone for the entire work dayMust be able to work overtime based on the demands of the businessExperience with heavy call volume requiredCall center or related experience a plusAssertive, outgoing personalityAbility to prioritize and multi-taskCompex offers its full time employees Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and FSA.
